The houses are our personal sanctuary and it is the place where we will spend more hours and where we will rest and disconnect from all worries. Many times a house can have an undefined or outdated style that makes us not love our homes. That's why a good face wash will make you love her again like the first moment. This detached house is located in an urbanization on the outskirts of Palma de Mallorca, its owners sought to make a large extension and break with the poorly defined Mediterranean style to give it that modern touch they wanted. This reform has been carried out by Alejandro Palomino, known as one of the most mordern architects. Its modern, open, natural and minimalist style does not leave anyone indifferent and it is that more and more people appreciate their work. A picture is worth a thousand words The first impression is very important because it will give you an idea of ​​what you hope to find inside. The key material of the project is light, that is why we observe large windows in different orientations to make the most of natural light. Regarding the materials, being faithful to Mallorcan traditions, Alejandro opted for the use of treated stone, contrasting with white elements, thus not showing a facade with a rustic but modern and sculptural touch.
